Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking energetic Event & Retail Marketing Representatives to engage homeowners at retail partner locations and community events in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will showcase our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand and drive interest, generating qualified leads for in-home design consultations.

The role emphasizes building brand awareness through friendly conversations, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing Midwest company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, retail or events preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, and local marketing events.
• Showcase Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand and educate customers about products and services.
• Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule free in-home design consultations and follow up on leads.
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with market launches and training of new team members.
