Job summary

Erie Home in Troy, MO is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to attend pre-scheduled events, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for the local sales team. You will work at trade shows, fairs, and community events with high energy and customer engagement.

You’ll be paid $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly pay. The role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth into management, plus a company 401(k) with match and employee assistance resources.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds).
• Work with the sales team to exceed lead targets as directed by the Event Marketing Manager.
