Aspen Home Improvements in Hershey, PA is seeking an energetic Appointment Generator to engage shoppers at events, shows, and retail venues, promoting our exterior home improvement solutions with a professional and friendly approach.

You will schedule qualified appointments for our sales team, travel to events as required, and contribute to a growth-minded culture that values outstanding service, teamwork, and reliability. This full-time role includes paid training, a 401K match, and PTO.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for meeting new people.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by store schedules.
• Reliable transportation required—this job requires travelling
