Legends Global is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support catering operations at Sames Auto Arena. You will assist with setup, service, and cleanup for events, maintain equipment and signage, and ensure professional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of customers and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.
• Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.
• Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor/Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set all glassware, silverware, dinnerware, and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner.
• Serve all functions in a professional, courteous, efficient manner.
• Break down all catering areas after event.
