You’ll engage homeowners, drive interest in our sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors, and schedule consultations. Qualifications

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required).
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage with the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations.
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote products and create interest through conversation.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence.
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
