Responsibilities include building rapport, offering menu recommendations, handling orders accurately, and upholding alcohol responsibility and venue standards. This role supports bartenders and event staff in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high energy beverage service at events.
• Ability to take and deliver drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic options.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with guests in assigned section and offer beverage recommendations.
• Address guest needs promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Take and serve drink orders accurately, maintaining standards for presentation and quality.
• Monitor alcohol service to ensure responsible consumption and venue policies.
• Assist in pre-event setup of stations and supplies.
• Participate in post-event duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Coordinate with bartenders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate guest needs to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and ready tables for next group.
