Job summary

True North Kitchen & Bath is seeking Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our brand at promotional booths during area events and festivals in the California Bay Area. You will engage homeowners, sign them up for remodeling services, and help explain our product benefits.

This role emphasizes strong communication, a presentable booth appearance, and teamwork with the Events Coordinator. Weekend availability is required, and mileage for travel is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, coachable personality with strong work ethic.
• Open weekend availability.
• Valid Driver’s License and Your Own reliable vehicle (travel reimbursed).
• Live within 25 miles of San Jose, CA / Chatsworth, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Engage patrons at shows and events to generate leads and appointments for home improvement products.
• Maintain and showcase knowledge of the features and benefits of our products.
• Help ensure promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event.
• Communicate effectively with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Help care for and maintain the condition and appearance of event displays and marketing materials.
