Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• State Certification in Special Education and HQ status.
• Experience aligning with IEPs and Progress Monitoring is encouraged.
• Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and conducts parent and student conferences.
• Delivers instruction across modalities (direct, group, inclusion, life skills).
• Collects data and work samples to monitor progress.
• Plans and conducts appointments with parents.
• Assists regular education teachers with specially designed instruction.
• Participates in school activities and events.
• Provides support for ESE student achievement through collaboration and training.
