Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Scribe for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 position between our Boynton Beach locations. The practice provides general and subspecialty ENT care and emphasizes patient-focused service in a busy medical group.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on MA and scribe experience, EMR proficiency, and comfort with in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year HANDS ON Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe experience.
• Current with certification or willing to participate and pass our in-house training course and state test.
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
• EMR experience.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
