Qualifications

• Experience in Labor and Employment litigation, specifically FEHA and/or PAGA, is required.
• Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Core duties include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions, attending court conferences, handling discovery activities and investigations, and counseling clients on employment law matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
