What You'll Do

• Create engaging, standards-based lesson plans that inspire student learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to promote academic excellence and student achievement.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into daily instruction.
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Florida Teaching Certification or a Florida Statement of Eligibility is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience teaching the applicable grade level or subject area is preferred.
