Job summary

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health system, seeks a high-energy Physician Assistant to join our ED team in Milton, MA. You will provide direct patient care in the ED under physician supervision and support ED physicians with diagnoses, treatment planning, and patient flow.

We require a Master’s degree as a PA, MA licensure, and active BLS/ACLS; PALS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant required.
• Massachusetts state licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department under supervision of a licensed physician.
• Support ED physicians with patient management and diagnostic assessment.
• Manage Fast Track and BHU patients and assist with transfers as needed.
