Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience with at least six non-exempt staff.
• Experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference every day.
• Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Coaching, communicating and interpreting standards with teachers as part of curriculum implementation.
• Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards.
• Maintain an educational, caring and safe environment for children and parents.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff and help achieve profitability for the company.

Education

CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

High School diploma or equivalent
