Eleanor Nursing Care Center in Hyde Park, NY is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our 120-bed skilled nursing facility and drive clinical excellence. You will oversee all nursing operations, mentor a dedicated team, and partner with the Administrator and Regional Clinical Team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing leadership experience (ADON/DON/Unit Manager) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical best practices.
• Compassionate, confident leader who motivates others.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding resident‑centered care.
