Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Distribution Center in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Distribution Clerk to manage outbound shipments and coordinate dock activities. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, tracking, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will support shipment processing, inventory control, and daily operations while adhering to safety standards and company policies. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Shipping/Loading department and requires

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months in warehouse/distribution with similar duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and read/match numbers.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipment documents per Load Plan.
• Create and maintain Shipping Map for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Dock Leads on deadlines and invoicing.
• Serve as back-up on the Shipping Mezzanine for operators and line jamming.
• Process WorldShip shipments and relay tracking information.
