Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to read and match numbers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to train new associates during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipment documentation per the Load Plan.
• Create and maintain the Shipping Map of all planned outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Dock Leads on trailer deadlines and invoicing.
• Partner with Yard Dispatch on trailer moves and issues.
• Maintain WorldShip processing area including UPS shipments and tracking.
• Repack, process damages and dispositions per company guidelines.
• Create shipments for stock withdrawals and corporate requests.
• Serve as back-up on Shipping Mezzanine for Sorter Operators.
