Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to join our Culinary team at Wilshire Senior Living in Texas. You will help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup, ensuring residents have a great dining experience.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is caring and organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency required; full-time, benefits available, and opportunities to grow within Sagora.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with residents, families and staff.
• Caring, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assist with meal prep, serve residents during meals and clean up afterward.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive food and drinks promptly for a great dining experience.
• Maintain the dining room in a service-ready condition and perform monthly deep cleans of the kitchen.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
