Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• RDMS and RVT credentials strongly preferred.
• High school diploma acceptable with relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic sonography exams and communicates findings.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Operates imaging equipment and performs QC tasks.
• Collaborates with radiologists and clinical staff.
• On-call clinical coverage when volume dictates.
• Mentors students and rotating trainees where appropriate.
