You will follow the lesson plans, manage student behavior, and report daily activities to the principal, ensuring continuity of learning and adherence to CSUSA policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Completion of District's Substitute Workshop.
• Commitment to company values.
• Such alternatives to the above requirements as CSUSA may find appropriate and acceptable.
• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and schedules with the principal or supervisor.
• Teaches the lessons prepared by the absent teacher.
• Reports in writing the day's activities at conclusion of each day.
• Follows all CSUSA policies, rules, and procedures.
• Consults with the principal before initiating any lesson not in the plans.
• Maintains classroom routines and oversees student behavior.
• Maintains good relations with staff and district.
