Qualifications

• Be 15 years or older.
• Be attentive to detail.
• Be customer oriented, friendly and energetic.
• Have cash handling skills.
• Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and advertising/"wobble boarding".
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
• Preparing and packaging food products.
• Collecting payment and handing out orders to customers.
• Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustments, following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed.
