Job summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide a positive, energetic voice to customers and to be knowledgeable about products, services, and pricing. The role involves speaking with customers throughout shifts and handling various customer-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

CSRs may work outdoors or indoors, in noisy settings, with potential exposure to fumes or chemicals, and must be physically capable of standing for long periods and performing

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Wage is minimum wage with potential raises based on performance.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions to attract customers.
• Open and maintain customer accounts and update information.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with cashiering and daily store duties as needed.
