BCG Attorney Search in Minneapolis seeks a Creditors' Remedies Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of creditors' remedies experience. You will review matters, draft pleadings, and perform legal research to support client representations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited school, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professional standards. Minnesota bar eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a bankruptcy law clerk or in representing financial institutions preferred.
• Highly motivated and self-starter.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal matters to provide representation until conclusion.
• Draft necessary documents and pleadings for client representation.
• Conduct legal research using various resources.
• Formulate and issue legal opinions to clients.
• Conduct negotiations to resolve client matters.
• Advise and communicate with clients regarding case status.
• Maintain state bar membership and complete Continuing Legal Education annually.
• Adhere to ethical requirements and professional liability insurer standards.
