Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Full-Time Table Games Dealer with Craps experience to deliver a fast-paced, fair, and memorable gaming experience for every guest.

You will handle dealing, engage players with confidence, and uphold regulatory and company standards in our vibrant Maryland casino. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, dealer school certification or 1+ year dealer experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of casino dealer experience or dealer school certification.
• Experience dealing Blackjack, Craps or Roulette and knowledge of novelty games.
• Must obtain and maintain Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Dealing the game.
• Controlling gaming cards and equipment.
• Engaging with guests.
• Paying wins/Taking losses.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variation in play.
• Protect company assets by monitoring guests’ movements at table at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
