Job summary

Arapahoe Libraries is seeking a Courier and Logistics Specialist to support the safe, timely movement of library materials, equipment, and supplies across the district. This hands-on role blends driving, safety, customer service, and operational support to keep libraries connected and resources moving where needed.

You will work with staff across locations, handling deliveries, supporting district initiatives, and contributing to a reliable transportation network that ensures access to library

Qualifications

• At least 18 months in delivery/courier/logistics or related ops.
• Pass internal driving and procedure assessment before operating fleet vehicles.
• Must be 21+ years old with valid Colorado Driver's License.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies across the district.
• Execute scheduled routes and service requests with safety and accuracy.
• Load, unload, and organize materials for safe handling and delivery.
• Use tickets/work orders to document deliveries and updates.
• Communicate route changes and issues promptly and professionally.
