Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience in commercial construction required.
• Project Management experience on projects ranging between $1M–$3M highly desired.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction, progress, and post-construction meetings.
• Review subcontractor bids, job costs, invoices, and receipts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
