Qualifications

• Good ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, tablets, desktops, and all-in-ones.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble hardware components and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; implement break/fix solutions.
• Meet daily KPI metrics (Units per Hour) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with audits and maintain organized work environment in warehouse.
