Responsibilities

• Cultivate prayer culture and lead a prayer team after Sunday services.
• Develop and mentor small groups across the church.
• Strategize investments into men’s ministry.
• Establish ministry teams for administration, facilities, and Sunday serve teams.
• Provide pastoral care to the church family.
• Support strategic planning and future church launches or campuses.
