Qualified candidates will have pastoral ministry experience with a 350+ attendee church, a catalytic leadership style, and alignment with Alliance beliefs and credentialing paths.

Qualifications

• Pastoral experience in growing church communities.
• Ability to recruit and develop ministry teams.
• Experience launching future congregations or campuses.
• Licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance or ability to meet accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of prayer and lead a prayer team.
• Create healthy growing small groups and model them for the church.
• Build and lead ministry teams for administration, facilities, and Sunday serve.
• Provide pastoral care to the congregation.
• Assist in launching future congregations or campuses.
