Job summary

Aura Living, a premier boutique multifamily management firm, seeks a Community Manager for our Nampa, Idaho properties. This full-time, on-site role offers $34.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, with weekends possible.

You will lead a service-oriented team, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure top-level resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of on-site property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site property management experience, leasing or marketing focus with promotions
• Experience managing a team of leasing/marketing specialists and maintenance staff
• Professional designation such as CPM/RAM/ARM is desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Yardi and standard MS Office tools
