Job summary

Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc., a leading Sacramento-based commercial real estate company, seeks a roofing technician to ensure structural integrity and safety across our properties.

You will repair, replace, or install roofs on commercial, industrial, retail, and residential buildings, follow safety protocols, and work with materials like EPDM, TPO, PVC, and built-up systems. Valid driver's license required; 2-3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years roofing or general construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC or Built-up systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain roofs using all materials.
• Ensure job site is clean once repairs and maintenance is complete.
• Follow and maintain an environment that values safety, health and cleanliness.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively.
