Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of roofing or construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with EPDM, TPO, PVC or built-up systems and strong safety awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in roofing, or general construction is required.
• High school diploma or GED; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2-year Construction Site experience including working with plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of roofing which includes – BUR, Single Ply, EPDM, TPO PVC & Waterproofing Techniques and Products
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace or install roofs on commercial, industrial and retail buildings and residential buildings.
• Maintain and ensure a clean, safe job site.
• Follow and uphold safety, health and cleanliness standards.
• Work with systems such as BUR, single ply, EPDM, TPO, PVC and built-up roofing.
• Other duties as assigned.
