Responsibilities

• Complete complex legal tasks and support staff across states.
• Prepare files; review, draft, file, and serve legal documents and correspondence.
• Follow SOPs and maintain firm core values; demonstrate strong customer service.
• Handle client inquiries with high attention to detail and multitask effectively.
• Create reports from firm software; type at 50+ WPM; support managing attorneys.
