Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months experience as cocktail server or similar preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to carry and balance trays up to 10 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus and taking beverage orders promptly.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and staff to provide seamless service.
• Adhere to property, company, health, safety, state, regulatory, and liquor service regulations.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
