Responsibilities include IRB/IBC submissions, budget and contract review with internal teams, scheduling visits, handling specimens, and fostering training among staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience coordinating clinical trials and regulatory submissions preferred.
• Strong data management and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials to ensure protocol compliance and GCP.
• Submit IRB/IBC applications and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Review budgets and contracts with internal departments.
• Schedule visits, collect data, and manage study records.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a resource on study procedures.
• Maintain CTMS and EPIC billing review for study charges.
• Ensure safety reporting and adverse event documentation.
