Job summary

Kent Hospital, part of Care New England Health System, seeks a Clinical Research Project Coordinator I to supervise non-clinical administrative tasks for research projects and to initiate recruitment while coordinating daily operations. The role tracks participant progress and maintains sponsor data.

Responsibilities include assisting with marketing initiatives, website maintenance, and IRB communications, plus staff training and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience.
• CCRP, CCRA, or ACRP-CP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and analytic abilities.
• Basic computer skills, e.g. familiarity with Microsoft software, completing spreadsheet/data entry.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and support an inclusive, culturally responsive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage research project(s).
• Train and supervise project staff (Clinical Research Assistants I-III, volunteers, students, consultants, etc.).
• Assist in planning, implementation, and management of project data.
• Promote the project(s) through marketing, website, other sources, etc.
