You will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft motions, take depositions, appear in court, and advise clients. JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one relevant jurisdiction required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills essential.
• Interest in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
