Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, education, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience leading or participating in children’s ministry.
• Experience in volunteer management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive children’s ministry program.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with church leadership and parents to align with goals.
• Plan and oversee events such as VBS and family nights.
• Manage budget and ensure safe, welcoming spaces for kids.
