Chroma Early Learning Academy in Roswell, GA is seeking energetic teachers who love singing, dancing, storytelling and nurturing young children. • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Observes all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and the local, state, and national agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
• Support each child's social and emotional development and provide positive guidance.
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Chroma Early Learning Academy curriculum and programming.
• Maintains an attractive, well‑kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.
• Attends all staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions.
• Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Chroma Early Learning Academy Employee Handbook.
• Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children.
