Responsibilities

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and serving temperatures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores food per standards.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and company safety policies.
