PENN Entertainment’s Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Barback to provide fast, friendly service to casino guests and staff, assist in beverage operations, and promote casino events.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, loud, crowded environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly service to casino guests and staff.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed.
- Promote casino events and programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar.
- Collaborate with Beverage Supervisors and Bartenders for smooth service.
- Respond to guest cues and maintain professional appearance.
