Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Car Sales Consultant for American Fork Ford to guide customers through the sales journey with enthusiasm and integrity. You will represent the dealership professionally, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and respond to leads via multiple channels.

Ideal candidates bring a persuasive, relationship-driven approach and a willingness to participate in ongoing product training to sharpen sales skills and deepen knowledge of vehicles and features.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
