Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa in Orlando is seeking a Busser to support the service team and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area. You will assist servers, clear tables, refill beverages, and help maintain a seamless dining experience in a bustling resort setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of standing for long periods, with flexibility for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work AM/morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, other shifts possible.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests have a comfortable and tidy environment.
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
