Your Home Improvement Company is seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at trade shows, retail locations, and promotional events in Minnesota. You will engage with the public, educate on products, and help generate leads while maintaining a professional brand image.

The role involves occasional door-to-door outreach, transporting displays, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand promotion, retail sales, customer service or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with the public.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at trade shows, expos, retail locations, and promotional events.
• Engage with prospective customers to educate them on products, services, and company offerings.
• Generate leads and support sales initiatives through face-to-face interactions.
• Transport, assemble, maintain, and break down event displays and promotional materials.
• Ensure displays and equipment remain clean, functional, and presentable to the public.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and event attendees.
• Conduct occasional follow-up visits to collect reviews, obtain referrals, and strengthen relationships.
