Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in Chicago seeks a Group Fitness Coach to deliver high-energy, community-driven group classes in the South Loop, Lincoln Park, and Wicker Park areas. You will lead pre-designed TITLE workouts, engage members, and participate in ongoing coaching development.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a recognized fitness certification. Availability for mornings, evenings or weekends is preferred; compensation is per class with potential bonuses and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Nationally accredited fitness certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand group fitness classes following pre-designed programming.
• Engage with members before and after class to build community.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
