Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Murray, Utah, is seeking a skilled Body Shop Manager to lead a busy service department and drive results.

You will hire, train and supervise technicians, manage the annual budget, monitor progress on repairs, uphold safety and quality standards, and address customer concerns in line with dealership guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager.
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
