The role involves budgeting, training, and ensuring timely completion of repairs while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have established leadership in a dealership body shop, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager.
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills.
• Experience in budgeting and budget oversight for the body shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
