Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a energetic team member to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy, high-energy environment. You’ll take orders, answer questions about menu items, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. You will operate Micros, handle payments accurately, and maintain station cleanliness.

Must be 18+, able to work nights and weekends, and communicate clearly in English. Restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled Guest experience through fast, friendly service and attention to Guests’ needs.
• Accurately take Guests’ food and drink orders and enter into Micros, including modifications.
• Maintain station cleanliness and set up/tear down as required.
• Greet newly seated Guests and respond to Guest needs in a timely manner.
• Assist other team members as needed to support a high-energy dining experience.
