Job summary

DraftKings Sports & Social Troy is seeking an energetic bartender to join our on-site team. You will engage guests, promote upcoming specials, and help create a fun, social atmosphere aligned with the Live! Hospitality & Entertainment brand.

This part-time role requires excellent guest service, knowledge of liquor and beverages, accurate order entry into the POS, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous crowd engagement or performance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state laws.
• Must be able to perform basic math for guest payments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior dancing/cheering or crowd engagement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with personality to build a loyal following for Sports & Social.
• Maintain professional appearance per Live! Hospitality guidelines.
• Promote specials, activations, and events to encourage repeat visits.
• Lead trivia nights and games to energize the crowd.
• Enter drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Support team and participate in trainings and meetings.
