Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy.
• Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to bar guests and service tickets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while staying organized and composed.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Assist with prep, batching, restocking, and inventory organization.
• Communicate 86'd items, product issues, and guest concerns promptly to management.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift.
