Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization of bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Process payments accurately using POS; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
